Los Chanquetes owes its name to a time when the consumption of this little fish (Whitebait) from Malaga was allowed and was made their specialty. It has always been known for its home cooking. From the beginning Carmen Puentes made sure that their dishes were made with classic homemade recipes and of course with lots of love.
The OXTAIL STEW was its first hit, after which followed dishes such as croquettes or Madrid-Style tripe.
Wines by the glass at the bar of new denominations of origin or gin and tonics with your own preparation will be some of the new things that can be seen from September on wards.
